Refunds

Refunds will be applicable only when you contact us within 48 hours, We will refund the full amount after the confirmation from our system whether you have downloaded the design or not. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 7 workiing days.

Shipping

This is automated software system, your ecard/video will be generated instantly and available for download after payment. No physical copy will be sent or mailed.

Cancellation / Exchange

Cancellation/Exchange of your design/template/video is not allowed in any circumstances. You have preview option to check your ecard/videos before payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@marathiinvites.com.

Sale/Offer items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
